4/ Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes! We provide secure telehealth appointments throughout Florida, as well as in-person appointments at our Pembroke Pines office.
5/ What can I expect during my first therapy session?
Your first appointment focuses on getting to know you. Together, you'll discuss your concerns, goals, personal history, and what you're hoping to achieve through therapy. It's also an opportunity to determine whether your therapist is the right fit for your needs.
6/ Are therapy sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. All therapy sessions are confidential and protected by HIPAA. There are only a few legal exceptions, such as situations involving immediate safety concerns or when disclosure is required by law.
7/ What if I don't know which service I need?
That's completely okay. Our team can guide you through your options and recommend the service that best meets your goals during your initial consultation.
8/ Do I need a referral?
In most cases, no referral is required. You can contact us directly to schedule therapy or most evaluation services. Some insurance plans may have specific referral requirements, and we'll help you determine if one is needed.
9/ Where are you located?
Our office is located in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and we also provide telehealth services to clients throughout the state of Florida.
